Well, I went to bed early last night (9:00), and then got up early today. Very early... actually I've been up since 12:30. I couldn't get back to sleep, so I decided to work on some web stuff. I changed the colors for my blog and fooled around with Paint Shop Pro. I created a new intro screen but I don't know if I should use it or not. I'm worried that it will take a long time to load for people with slow connections. I should get more sleep. The Grebel reunion is this weekend, and I should be rested for that.

I should mention that the maggot incident didn't turn out all bad. Besides me learning more about maggots, it inspired Ian to help clean up the house, and we'll probably be getting a new, real garbage can soon.

I've been seeing some headlines and discussion about Star Wars: The Phantom Edit lately. I lot of people were claiming it was a hoax, but for some reason ExtremeTech seems reliable.

Simpsons on DVD !!! (found link at CamWorld)I was wondering when this would happen. I'd like Seinfeld to come out on DVD too. It looks like there was a petition at seinfeldondvd.com but the domain name has expired, and its remnants are here.

I decided it was finally time to clean out the garbage today since it was starting to overflow, and I'm the only one in my house that ever does take out the garbage. We had the garbage bag in a box since we don't have an actual garbage can, so the garbage was part in the bag, part in the box, part on the floor. So, I'm cleaning it up and I notice these little wormy things crawlying all over the place. No keeping the box for reuse, it all has to go. And then I notice some on the floor, so I've gotta clean that up. I didn't know what they were, but they looked disgusting, and I knew I didn't want them there. Ian (my housemate) tells me that they look like maggots, so I go to the web to anwser my questions about maggots.

Today (actually yesterday by the time I finish) I ended up going to Menno Folk....a music festival sort of thing at Hidden Acres Camp. Being indecisive, I didn't really decide on going until about 1, and so I went over to Grebel to catch a ride there. The music started at around 3. It wasn't as big a thing as I expected. More people showed up as in the evening, but it was still a small thing. But it was good. There was a large variety music and of people playing. I knew some of them, which is always fun. Nate Gundy came up from Bluffton, and Sara Wahl, one of my new co-workers from Peaceworks, was in a group that played. Yeah, you can check out my new picture at the Peaceworks page. Apparently I'm even going to get a little article written about me soon.
