08/26/2001 Entry: "Searching for hits"

With my compelling content, beautiful design, and overall superior user experience, I was trying to figure out why I don't get more hits. So I determined my target audience and the type of things that my target audience would search for when wanting to be enlightened by my page. Then I spent sleepless nights planning my strategy to beat out my competitors in the quest to be at the top of the search engines. However I have failed. I have not made the top 10, but instead sit at 14... just outside of that critical level. How painful it is... all of that work and look at the people that beat me.
