I checked out some more winamp plugins today:

Winamp BrowserBar - lets you put previous, forward, play, pause, and stop buttons in you Internet Explorer toolbar.

Dee - enhances sound quality by adding deeper bass and other stuff. Seems to work okay... haven't fooled around with it too much.
